If they’re lucky, nothing will happen and they get to live to see another day. If they aren’t, they get to move to the afterlife. I’m not really sure what happens if you chicken out, but I believe you get shot (By a different, fully loaded, gun) and left to die. It’s a dangerous game (that’s why it’s a drinking game) that has killed thousands of people.
